You can decide not to sign for a package when the carrier delivers it, but It will count as a refused delivery. All packages sent with Adult Signature requirement that are refused by the customer for any reason, will be subject to a $19.96 restocking fee. 

Once the package arrives back at our facility, your package will be restocked and a refund will then be issued. If a restocking fee applies to your return it will be deducted from the refund. If you prefer the return be refunded in the form of an electronic gift card, please contact customer support at [email protected] before the return is received back to our facility.
