We offer gift cards for broken products within 10 days of purchase.

We may also offer a replacement for your defective product(s) in certain situations.

BLANKZPODS makes every reasonable effort to address any issues with damaged or defective devices. Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis

If you have received a broken or damaged item, please take a photo or video of it and send it to [email protected]. In your email, please use the subject "Damaged or Defective Item," and please include the following:

Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. We do offer store credit or refunds for broken products within 10 days of delivery.

If you do not submit a video or photo of the defective product, we will be unable to troubleshoot/compensate you.

If you do not provide a photo of what you've received in your order (not your order form), we will be unable to assist you.
